Fabulous apartment in a great location
Liked: Spacious and well equipped. Quiet and family friendly. Fantastic location for the beach
Disliked: There’s nothing we didn’t like, but as a small suggestion, there was a travel cot available but no high chair. Also clearer instructions on waste/recycling.

Disliked: We stayed in the front bedroom, it was heavy rain & the noise on the wooden tiles was like a drum, kept us awake all night. We had a message sent to us at 8.30am asking what time we would be leaving, the check out time clearly states 12.00, that’s what time we left. The cleaner asked us to take our garbage to the bins?? I’m sure there is a cleaning fee included in the price.

Liked: Location is perfect, plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in vicinity, beach is two minutes walk.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the pool, lack of loungers, showers/bathrooms a bit outdated
Perfect location
Liked: Perfect location with only a 5 minute walk to the Arenal. Pool and communal areas are very well kept. House was well equipped and comfortable. Good communication on checking in and out. Really lovely for a family holiday or quiet stay.
Disliked: Lovely garden and communal pool area but could do with some sun loungers or more "easy seating" in the back garden.

Liked: Great location! A short walk to the beach. The beach is very nice, sandy, nice restaurants. Decent size, outdoor terrace bit too. On site parking but can also park on the street. Various supermarkets walking distance or a short drive. Check out very easy and flexible. Managed to check in early and check out slightly later.
Disliked: I was expecting a hammock to sunbathe in, however this wasn't there as showed in the photos. We didn't go in the communal pools, one day they looked a bit dirty but the pool cleaner came soon after. Maybe some sun loungers to take to the pool would be nice but we were happy going to the beach.
