Exceptional
Liked: Great localization, great standard, great service!
good, comfortable stay with a great location and private parking. We’d consider returning if the bedding situation were
Liked: The location is genuinely convenient — a short walk to the promenade, close to a grocery store, surrounded by good restaurants, and just under 10 minutes by car to Xàbia town centre. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a family stay. Private parking is a great bonus.
Disliked: There were only 2 duvets with fitted sheets but no duvet covers. Since the weather wasn’t quite warm enough to sleep under sheets alone, we had to improvise — placing a duvet between the sheets to keep things hygienic. Unfortunately, this left the person sleeping on the sofa without anything to cover with, which was uncomfortable, especially travelling with a child. When we asked for duvet covers, we were told this is not the local custom. We understand regional differences, but for families with young children, extra bedding options would make a real difference.

Ideally located cozy apartment
Liked: Excellent location in a small, secure urbanisation with allocated parking just below the apartment overlooking tennis courts. Unfortunately we had alot of rain while we were there over Christmas but the covered walkway around the cute plaza was great for exercising our dog and kept us all dry. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the area and a short walk to the seafront. Good Bengali restaurant in the plaza that does great takeaways. Dog friendly, very accomodating and helpful host, would happily stay again.
Disliked: All good, only negative was the weather but it was raining all over Spain and that is not in anyone's control.
Nicely renovated apartment
Liked: Lovely little renovated apartment tucked away in La Plaza at No7 Apt2 clean, modern,comfortable and in a great location for restaurants, shops and the beach, will definitely consider booking again.
Disliked: The bedroom roller blind won’t be an issue if you’re an early riser. It’s one of those blinds that is adjustable for various levels of privacy and defused light but it’s definitely not a blackout blind.

Liked: The apartment was very modern and clean, the only thing I could complain about was not enough pillows on the bed was only one each, but everything else was perfect, location to the beach bars and restaurants were only a 10 minute walk, and free car parking at the back of the apartment, will be back next year
