Very clean
Liked: Had a lovely pool and sea view, room was really clean and had everything needed

We had a great stay here, it had everything we needed. Great host, great place
Apartament in residential block with a seaview and small but sunny balcony
Liked: The sea view. The balcony, lots of sun. Located on a quiet street in a residential block. Good location, about a 600m walk to Arenal beach and all the shops etc there. The mornings and nights were cold which meant we needed heating - worked well.
Disliked: I dislike how impersonal and perfunctory these rentals are compared to a hotel or a guest house - no proper contact with real humans. Even when chatting via Booking, you get well-worn, rote phrases, signed without a name. This is the age of the BOT, the age of AI indifference, I suppose! It all works well but completely lacks the human touch. I'll have totally forgotten this place in a few weeks!
