Fabulous
We travelled with another family and we love it here. The teens love the chill out zone downstairs
Liked: We have been here 3 times, the location is amazing
Disliked: The pool still isn't heated and the Internet isn't great
Great location and spacious.Good value for a larger party
Perfect location loved it … maybe furniture needs a little updating but perfect otherwise
Liked: The downstairs games area pool and outdoor furniture amazing … huge and loads of seating areas and space fabulous for people who don’t want to use a car.
Disliked: no access to upper floor only by going outside staircases. Also bedrooms a little bit disjointed outdated furniture and small beds … only 2 en-suites for 6 bedrooms
Great villa and location

Disliked: Nothing
Love this Villa will definitely stay again
Liked: This was our second stay in this villa having also stayed in 2017. It was as good as we remember. The location is perfect as it's on the rocky sea front for a great sunrise view and then only a 5 minute walk to Arenal beach or 15 minutes to the port. Arenal beach was busier this year and a lot of the restaurants required booking but it was still easy to find somewhere to eat. It might be different in the height of summer. Apparently there were a lot of over Euro countries that had their half terms the same week this year. The villa is well equipped and has several relaxing seating areas. The BBQ area is great too and even includes a gas ring for cooking Paella. The outside area is great for kids with a Wendy house, plastic climbing frame, astroturfed area, table tennis, pool and a large telly with streaming services. We would recommend flying into Valencia as it's much smaller than Alicante so getting through the airport and collecting your hire car is much quicker and easier. We will definitely stay here again if our party size is 8+.
Disliked: The pool is lovely but as it's shaded a lot of the day and not heated, it can be a little chilly. It didn't stop the kids playing in it most of the day though (October but still high 20s most days).
Very good
