Liked: The general vibe of the hotel. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Choice at breakfast was amazing. The rooms were of a good size with a balcony and very clean as was the whole hotel.

Liked: We had a lovely stay. The rooms weren’t massive but had everything you would need. Plus a balcony which was great. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Location of the hotel is a 15 minute walk into the old town. A pleasant walk along a paseo on the road directly outside the hotel. The staff were excellent, helpful and smiley. Nothing was too much trouble. It was our anniversary and we had a lovely treat to welcome us. We didn’t use the indoor pool as the weather was good. You need to get a card from reception, take it to the lifeguard and he will give you a pool towel. We also purchased an evening meal at 22euros a head on the last night which was fab! The breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for 10/10 👍
Disliked: Parking charges were pricey. €38 euros for two nights. I think there was plenty of parking on the neighbouring streets but we just bit the bullet for convenience.

Liked: Clean, spacious, welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Good value for the money. Great location to explore Jerez on foot, Seville and Cadiz, by train.
Disliked: Would have liked kettle tea/coffee in room.
