Fabulous
Liked: Location and staff.
Disliked: Beds were very bad. We had booked two single beds but wrre allocated one very poor double bed with no attempt to offer us what we ordered. We willnot return.
Convenient Weekend Stay
Liked: The staff were very helpful, the facilities were clean, and overall it was a really nice hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is about 15 minutes from the Jerez circuit, which suited my trip. However, there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so getting around is difficult without a car. If you book, keep this in mind and plan how you will travel. This was not the hotel’s fault, as I chose it for its proximity to the circuit.
Liked: Very clean and comfortable room, excellent staff, who were very professional. Very comfortable beds and good to have a mini bar and kettle in the room. The communal areas of the hotel were particularly nice. Lovely reception and lounge area. The pool itself was lovely. Great breakfast too.
Disliked: The area around the pool was a little tired and there were piles of sun beds and chairs that appeared to be dumped behind the outside bar. The pool itself was lovely.

Liked: Great hotel and facilities. All staff were fantastic too and nothing was a problem for them.
A beautiful hotel with lovely staff and great food
Liked: The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and good coffee and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - would 100% recommend. The indoor pool is particularly beautiful and was great for use with our baby
Disliked: I was disappointed to found out there were no longer spa facilities at the hotel. The shower at the indoor pool didn’t work and the outdoor bar wasn’t open at all during our four day stay
Liked: Good location just a short bus ride from the old town, and easy to drive to. Good pool, nice rooms and friendly staff.
Disliked: Sauna and indoor pool not open, however no issue
