Great place to stay when you like the town and silent sleep
Liked: Localization, kitchen/laundry, digital locks
Disliked: The stair for the first floor are difficult when you’re tired. One step towards the patio is unequal na uneven so you might trip when not carefull

Lovely room in Laguna
Liked: Very close to the city center. The room is small but well organized, welcoming and super clean. The two common kitchens are great and have everything that you need. We loved our experience there and would be happy to return

Liked: Quiet place and nice ambience. Good room, washroom and a good place to relax. Smoke free so enjoyed that but yeah my friend wanted to smoke so the lawn downstairs was really good as well

Not far from La Laguna center
Liked: Nicely renovated apartment, good beds.
Disliked: There was a very strange, moldy smell in the apartment and my friend was not able to breathe well. The smell was tried to hide with super strong air freshener, which made it worse.
Difficult to recommend to someone who is used to a normal european standard of accommodation
Liked: Location was excellent & within easy walking distance to local market. Car parking available 25m distance. All facilities worked and standard of hygeine was adequate.
Disliked: Accommodation was presented as a self contained unit (toilet & bathroom, kitchenette, laundry). The reality is that this is more of a motor camp with masonary tents which are accessed via a narrow, steel fabricated spiral staircase (welding on this is very dodgy). The "masonary tent" contained the bed, wardrobe and side-table. Toilet & bathroom were located 7m down the hall. Shared kitchen space accessed via the stairs. Laundry located in the basement which would be very difficult to access for an older (55+) person.
