Guest reviews
Exceptional
Liked: Great staff and services, feels like home. We had a late night check in and had to switch rooms during our stay. Everything works out smoothly thanks to the staffs. The rooms are clean and quiet. Location is convenient.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The beautiful setting, parking right outside, the host is lovely and very responsive
Disliked: The bathroom is on the small side, noisy planes
Enjoyable stay
Liked: I really loved the apartment and felt at home there. It had everythig we needed (the hair dryer, oven, toaster...) and it was beautifully decorated. The communication with the owner was simple and friendly. There was a parking place right in front of the aparmtent (free of charge). I would definitely recommend it.
Disliked: It is a bit far from the city center-have that in mind if you don't have a car. I would prefer a wider bed.
Nice apartment in a practical location
Liked: Nicely furnished apartment with air conditioning right between Santa Cruz and La Laguna close to the university campus, well connected to both cities via public transport (tram). The host was very helpful and quick with replies to questions.
Disliked: The kitchen had a relatively old gas stove (no auto ignition) that takes a bit of time to get used to if you're usually cooking with an electric stove. Loud planes flying overhead now and then.
