Exceptional
Great location in La Laguna, a bit noisy
Liked: Great location for a stay in La Laguna, many bars/restaurants close by in walking distance. The apartment has everything you need, including some italian coffee machine (with coffee:-)).
Disliked: Very close is a construction site that starts at 8.00h with noise (including Saturdays). The elevator is clearly audible in the bed room (ear plugs were provided, but we did not use them).

Liked: Great location, nice contact with good tips, very flexible
Disliked: The noise of the elevator can be annoying in the night if you are sensitive to noises. That‘s the only negative point about this apartement.
Liked: very clean and well equiped. excellent localisation.the owners are sympatic smiling and ready for any help.

The apartment was a good place to stay and I would recommend it
Liked: This property is an apartment complex, so we went out for breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and the area looked very shady and had the taxi driver wait until the hostess arrived with the keys. The neighborhood looked much better in the daylight. The hostess, who is married to the owner was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi to take us back to the airport.
Disliked: As I mentioned above, the location looked very questionable but the hostess did arrive with the keys to the building and to the apartment.
Convenient for the historic centre
Liked: The apartment is spacious and clean. The host was friendly and amenable. For me it was very good value
Disliked: It is next to the lift which can be heard when it is used
