Liked: Not bad place to stay few days
Disliked: Broken shower No TV in the salon/kitchen
Ok stay - basic, not very clean, host not helpful
Liked: Good location, right in the centre of La Laguna The bedding was very soft There is a lift for bags
Disliked: It did not look like the apartment had been cleaned since the last person stayed - there were hairs in the bathroom sink and in the shower, the kitchen sink was dirty The apartment was very basic, for example there is no side lamp next to the bed The shower was broken - there was no holder for the shower which makes it very difficult to wash your hair as you have to hold the shower head There is no heating or Aircon (the temperature was ok for us but if it was colder then we would have been cold) If you want to go out of La Laguna, there are buses but they are very unreliable, which made getting around very difficult. The taxis are also very difficult to book (there is one taxi company which was great, but the taxis are expensive). If you want to travel around, I recommend a car I asked the host for help with booking a taxi and she was not very helpful - she only sent screenshots of taxis when she googled "taxi in la Laguna", it was impossible to book with the taxi companies she recommended as we did not speak fluent Spanish, and I asked her twice if she could please book us a taxi (for our flight home) as we were struggling and she did not!! So I don't recommend the host.
Extra helpful host (Noemi), excellent location
Liked: Noemi was fantastic. Extremely nice, friendly, going out of her way so we have a good time. Location is excellent, at the edge of downtown, ~500 m from the basilica.
Disliked: Very difficult to find parking. Noisy neighborhood, but it is natural in an area where there are many bars.
Liked: The place is really nice, spacious, two big windows over the street, Noemi is very nice, helpful and always available to help you with any problem, she made the stay quite easy, in addition you have an excellent location, the laguna is charming historical city and the apartment is just few minutes walking from the center, wonderful stay, totally recommended
