Fabulous
Great place to stay
Liked: In the heart of the old town of La Laguna this apartment is perfectly equipped for even a longer stay. The building, furniture, all the equipment is brand new and everything works well. The free parking slot in the garage was a real extra, because finding a parking space in La Laguna is very difficult.
Liked: I like the apartment was as expexted and great location with access to everything near in the center

Location, location location
Liked: Excellent location on the edge of the walking district of La Laguna. Location makes up for any drawbacks. Comfortable apartment with good facilities. Nice to have parking but see below for comments.
Disliked: Entry sequence was confusing. It’s not clear that above ground the apartment is in a separate building from garage entry. It’s a tight and dark garage with poor directional markings. And on the way out you need the garage fob to open the door at exit so you must then go back in the apartment to leave keys.

Liked: Super convenient location near the center of La Laguna, easy and quick access for walking!
Disliked: Check in and check out process could’ve been more seamless, and driving in and out of the parking garage added several minutes to every drive. Also didn’t have a functional shampoo dispenser and the handsoap was empty when we arrived.
Exceptional
Great location but not very clean
Liked: The place is right in the centre of La Laguna and about a 10-min walk to a tram stop for trams going to Santa Cruz. There was a private parking space in an underground parking lot, which was great. The flat has a washing machine and a dryer which came in handy. The size of the flat is good and the kitchen is well-equipped.
Disliked: The apartment wasn't very clean. There was hair in the shower and stuck to the bathroom walls around and above the door. The only explanation I could find for how it ended up there is that it looked like someone mopped the floor and then used the same dirty mop to wipe the walls. Also most of the cutlery and plates were dirty and we ended up having to wash everything before use. The flat is on the ground floor with windows coming out to a street, so you have pedestrians walking literally just outside your window and drivers able to look right into the flat. For that reason, we kept the widow shutters closed most of the time - we had to choose between privacy and sunlight.
