  Liked: Good basic studio apartment. everything you need to make a basic meal.

  Disliked: Long narrow road up hill to the apartment and very steep.clearer instructions to open the key fob.

  Relaxed and authentic!

  Liked: I liked my stay at this property. It was super clean and the studio apartment was equipped with everything one needs, from kitchen tools, internet, good shower, a lovely balcony over a silent street, and close to the excellent public transport system of Santa Cruz that takes you everywhere.

  was there as mother was in hospital the place was ideal as only a 5min walk and felt safe once inside the building

  A practical place to stay

  Liked: Washing machine is available. Free street parking in front of accommodation. Area felt safe and was quiet. Interior walls are thick enough to hear little to no sound coming from adjacent apartments. Supermarkets in the vicinity - LIDL, Mercadona. Wi-Fi worked well.

  Disliked: No laundry detergent. No heating rack in the bathroom. The air in the apartment was humid, which made drying clothes a challenge. Kitchen is modestly equipped (e.g. no grater, peeler, cutting board) and also no essential cooking ingredients available (e.g. salt, sugar, oil, vinegar); the dining area is tiny and the folding table did not extend properly. Toilet tank and kitchen faucet were leaking. The shower provides a rather limited amount of hot water at a time. Mattress is firm. Room decor is basic.
