Good
Liked: Very nice sort of studio apartment with roof terrace. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove. The burners are a little too big for the small pans though. Other than that it's really okay.
Disliked: Parking is a nightmare in the quarter. Never a single spot around the structure and even the parking lot down the street is often crammed. I know it doesn't concern the apartment itself but it's a hassle anyway.
OK for a short stay
Liked: Five minute walk to historic centre. Nice views from the terrace. Host has installed a dehumidifier in the bedroom, there are extra blankets and a small radiator so we were warm enough. Able to do limited self catering. Lift so no trudge up four floors.
Disliked: No kettle - used saucepan instead. No Aircon but not needed in winter Not sure about July/August but many apartments seem not to have it here so perhaps not necessary.

Liked: clean cozy apartment, beautiful view of the city, ideal location for trips to both the north and south of the island
