Very good
Excellent!!
Liked: Location was great, easy to access, friendly cleaning staff whenever we encountered them. Wonderful rooftop. Excellent value for money.
Disliked: Views from windows into dead spaces between interior courtyard walls. AC was very weak. No instructions for the induction cooker.
Disliked: The shower is not working good, the fridge did not work well. I don’t like them a lot
Liked: The room was very clean and spacious, and we had a great time. It had a lot of cooking amenities, and we liked it a lot. We arrived a little bit early and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage and have a walk while cleaning is performed. Free coffee was a nice addition too
Disliked: Maybe the fact that the soap/shower gel provided was in a bottles without dispensers. Also wished there were free tea too.Anything other than this was great.
Great option for Santa Cruz
Liked: Nice place, good central location, terrace is a bonus, good value for money
Disliked: Communication could be better
Overall very good with minor inconveniences
Liked: It was very clean, had a cool interior design, good-quality kitchenware, an elevator, a nice terrace, and the common areas were renovated and well maintained
Disliked: There was no street view, the AC only worked on cold, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, and it was a bit clogged
all good, but parking nearby is difficult!
Liked: clean, warm, quiet, all good, easy check in and check out, i’d recommend it!
Disliked: it’s very hard to find a place to park your car nearby the accomodation.
