Comfortable, well-appointed flat in an absolutely perfect location— ideal for families!
Liked: This is a beautiful property in an absolutely perfect location! The spacious balcony overlooks one of the most beautiful plazas in La Laguna. There are numerous dining and shopping options just steps away. The bedrooms are well-appointed and comfortable. We would confidently recommend this flat to anyone interested in staying in La Laguna— it is especially perfect for families!
Disliked: Because the property is located on a plaza, there is no parking immediately nearby. However, the host did a great job of providing information about long-term parking available within a short walking distance. We had some concerns about the parking situation before we arrived, but the public parking garage that the host recommended worked out perfectly for us.

Incredible place for a short break right in the heart of La Laguna. I'd definitely go again
Liked: I think I received two different sets of instructions to get in and so had some trouble accessing the place. But Gladys responded to my calls and questions immediately and we had zero delay to get in, and actually the key system they've installed is brilliant. They might want to update the automated information that gets sent out to guests though... or perhaps it was just me...;-/
Disliked: The apartment was a bit cold as we happened to be there over a cold spell. The electric radiators helped a bit...
Great apartment, clean and comfortable, in a great location to visit the city
Liked: The apartment was very clean, spacious, the rooms were comfortable. It is a great location to explore the city. The host was great, communicative and very responsive.
Very noisy! Chruch bells from 8am to 22pm every 15min. Night life until 2am. Construction works
Liked: Apartment and all facilities are very nice.
Disliked: The area is very noisy. Church bells from 8am to 22pm every 15min. One out of 3 bedrooms is quiet enough to sleep. In addition there were some construction works going on in the apartment next door. Drilling and hammer the whole day on Monday. We had one of our family members that had to stay in due to a small accident. Couldn't get a 30min nap... We are sure it must have been announced upfront, so we would have appreciated being told in advance!
I would stay there again
Liked: This a large and very comfortable apartment that had everything we need. Location is perfect for the old city.
Disliked: The area has many people on the streets enjoying the old city and places to eat and to meet. It is quiet late at night. I had to keep the balcony door closed as usually I go to sleep earlier. Other two rooms of the apartment are not affected that much by the street people.
