Exceptional
Ok, but paying more for the location
Liked: The location of the property along with the parking spot was the first reason for booking this property and indeed it fitted our needs. The property itself is ok, more attention to details would make a difference, like - leaking shower, a better quality for the amenities provided (soap, coffee). A wasching machine would be also helpful.
Disliked: All the windows are situated on the interior building side, they were matte and always gave the impression of not enough light inside. Also a downside for the ventilation of the apartment. The lift in the building is old and malfunctioning, stopped between floors. It was also very noisy, but luckily there was no intense usage during the night.

Disliked: Check out at 10 quite early. Specially on a sunday.
Confort and excelente location served us well to fully enjoy our stay
Liked: We loved the property so much. Very minimalistic and modern. We also found the check in process very smart and transparent. Our host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended for those who intend to visit Cristobal de La Laguna. Definitely we can book it again in our next trip.
Disliked: Nothing we loved everything
Liked: Great location, roomy, comfortable mattress.
Disliked: Very complicated identification of accommodation since it's on a formal no-entry road. The owner did not meet us, but rather sent a tough to deliver page with multiple directions regarding entry to the apartment and opening the garage door. The hot water wasn't enough for two average-duration showers. There is a need for additional firm pillows and blankets.

Nice apartment in a great location, with room for improvement
Liked: The studio was located in a great spot, close to La Laguna's historic centre, and close to restaurants and public transport. The studio was big and bright. The bed was really nice with a firm mattress which is a rarety.
Disliked: The parking space is very small, so it may be challenging if you have a vehicle larger than a small city hatchback. The studio is adjacent to another rental apartment from the same host (it appears to have been previously one larger apartment), and the sound insulation is limited - conversations from neighboring guests can be clearly heard. The studio provides only basic amenities. Even though it's functional, it feels primarily optimized for short-term rental efficiency rather than guest comfort. Given that the host manages multiple properties, more attention to amenities and overall guest experience would be appreciated. For example having a washing machine and a hot water tank that would last for more than 10 minutes in the shower.
