Liked: Very good location near city center. The appartment itself was comfy and clean and the team is reactive.
Disliked: We read before our stay the entrance into the building was a bit tricky so we were prepared. We didn't have any issue to enter the building with the links the team provided, except I didn't have any data near the appartment door but my friend did. Only problem remaining was the access to the parking. The remote sometimes worked and sometimes not. But the biggest problem was, once you pass the door which access the building, there's no turning back. The key for this door doesn't work from the building to the parking but we were lucky to meet some residents who opened the door for us. The team tried to be reactive but they didn't have the right key anyway... We told them the problem so maybe it will be fixed for the next customers.

La Laguna = Dream Laguna for a Dream Location!
Liked: The location in central La Laguna made it very easy to walk around the old town & interact with the local people 😀
Disliked: Trying to access the apartment & the carparking garage! It was difficult & required 'remote' assistance from the Dream Laguna team.
Disliked: Initially you need internet to open the door. Unfortunately there is no cellular signal inside and the door should be opened while one person is outside unlocking while the other inside opening it. Then you have the keys and you can open the door with it.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: The days before the reservation, I received too many messages from the accommodation, asking me to fill in things and to read instructions about entering the apartment. I have never received so many long instructions from any other place. And then, the entry to the apartment was a nightmare. There is no 5G so the digital key does not work. Had to run back and forth from the building´s window to the door to be able to open. So, half an hour to open the door. And upon exiting, it got stuck and was not closing so another 10min to close the door. Also, I didn't like that they asked a few times when exactly was I going to enter and when exactly I was going to leave, saying that if I did not confirm it, they would cancel the booking. I had paid that booking 3-4 months before that!!! Also, have in mind the sofa is a sofa, not a sofa-bed.
