Liked: The central location was fantastic. The upper living area including kitchen and laundry were great.
Disliked: The broken furniture on the deck, the inability to open the living room window and the smell in the kitchen from the leak. There was also black mildew/ mould on the ceiling of the showers in the area of the light well. The bathroom needs a better exhaust system.

Liked: La Laguna is a UNESCO site which is fully deserved and a must visit when in Tenerife! La Laguna provides easy access by car to the Anaga mountains and a tram ride to Santa Cruz. La Laguna Heritage Residence adds to the appeal of this area! A must have garage next to the apartment since parking is difficult and a tram stop very close by for a visit to Santa Cruz. The apartment is extremely spacious and very well equipped with a thoughtful balance of heritage and modern comforts. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
Great stay in Tenerife
Liked: Great location, big apartment with a garage. Well equipped kitchen. The owner was friendly and responsive.
Disliked: It was cold in December. During this cold months I would prefer duvet instead of bed sheets and blanket on it. No coffee machine
