Very good
Extremely cold apartment with no heating
Liked: The location is excellent, right next to the historic old town, which makes it very convenient for walking around La Laguna. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The apartment was extremely cold, with an indoor temperature of approximately 12°C, and there was no source of heating. I specifically asked about heating before arrival after reading previous guest reviews mentioning cold conditions during winter months. I also requested a portable heater as a solution, but this was completely refused by the host. Despite outdoor temperatures of around 10–16°C, the host considered it acceptable for guests to stay in a cold, humid apartment without any source of heating. The communication from the host repeatedly stated “Don’t hesitate to contact us if there is anything you need”, but this did not translate into any actual support. The only thing I needed was heating, and no effort was made to help. Due to the cold conditions, I had to leave the apartment before the end of my stay, as I started feeling unwell. The apartment itself might be fine in warmer months, but in winter conditions it is uninhabitable. The most disappointing part of this experience was not just the temperature, but the host’s attitude and unwillingness to offer even a basic solution. Based on this experience and the lack of willingness to address a basic comfort issue, I personally would not feel comfortable staying here again, even in warmer months.

Liked: Location is brilliant. The hot water tank a bit small for 4 people to have a long showers, it gets cold after 2!! So I would recommend this for couples and use the second room to put your luggage/clothes.
Disliked: The property has a moderate size rug in the living room but they don’t provide a hoover to clean it.. it was so dusty that it was uncomfortable to seat in the living room and try not to sneeze!
