Exceptional
Liked: Everything was wonderful in the apartment. It is beautiful and clean. The location is great and the views are pretty. The shower has great water pressure and temperature. The beds are very firm and comfortable. Enough toiletpapier and towels. There is even an oven that works.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say. Parking is difficult on the street as it is very busy. Maybe just a tip: a heater would be nice as it was quite cold.
Apartment with security concern
Liked: Spacious apartment with a terrace in a quiet neighbourhood.
Disliked: 1) When we came in, all windows and balcony doors were open giving temperature of around 15 degrees that has never recovered during our stay. There is no heating or heaters to heat up the apartment. 2) None of the windows or balcony doors can actually be locked!! Which is completely unacceptable and actually insane. We contacted the owner regarding this issue who offered no solution other than keeping the roller blinds shut. Based on the reviews, this was already raised 3 months ago and nothing has been solved or improved. The apartment is on ground floor and this is a major security risk! If not resolved, it should be mentioned in the booking.com description. 3) There was mould in the bathroom. 4) The apartment has paper walls and you can hear literally everything from the corridor and neighbouring apartments. Based on the above, we cannot understand the high reviews and why some of them (2) have not been addressed by booking.com.
