Excellent value for money! I would have stayed much longer if there had been availability
Liked: Location: Although it’s about a 15-minute walk from the main bus station (Intercambiador) of La Laguna, it’s very close to the centre and the old town — everything is within walking distance. Tram station to Santa Cruz is 5 minutes away. It’s in a residential area on a side street so very quiet at night for a good sleep. (For anyone who needs it, the building number is 24 🙂) The flat: is well-equipped for a long stay, and the owner, Eduardo, was very kind and helpful. I actually wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately there was no availability.
Disliked: The flat’s door opens directly onto the street and has only a small window, so it can feel a bit dark and lacking fresh air. It’s not ideal for spending long periods inside during the day. You can ventilate it by keeping the door open for a few minutes. It would also be nicer if there were more comfortable chairs or a small sofa ☺️

Liked: A small apartment, but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay, kitchen appliances available, things you might need for cooking (salt/pepper, oil), a welcome beer, bottle of water, biscuits. No kettle, but coffee machine available for making tea/coffee. Eduardo was an excellent host, very helpful and friendly, always available on the phone. Good location, close to the city center and the supermarket.
Disliked: Entrance straight from the street, but wasn't a problem, not enough air circulation - kept the window open, but not the whole time as it's a ground level.
