Very good
Clean and modern apartment
Liked: Clean and modern room and facilities, little fridge in the room, smart TV, and ceiling fan! Hairdryer and lovely power shower. Safe place to stay, local to supermarkets and public transport. Great location to visit my daughter in University.
Disliked: Little bit stuffy, no breeze flowing but I was aware of that when I booked it.

Liked: DO NOT BOOK HERE – MALPRACTICE AND DENIAL OF ENTRY. My trip was completely ruined by this host, who engaged in unlawful customer practices. After booking, they attempted to force hidden policies and threatened me with random €45 fines. Even though I signed the required documentation, the host actively denied me entry to the property because I was unsure if my second guest would arrive. They took my money, refused a refund, and even tried to manipulate the Booking.com system with a random €20 charge to exploit a loophole. This host is dishonest, hostile, and left me stranded without accommodation. Avoid at all costs.

Liked: The stay in this room was wonderful. The room is as shown in the photo and is equipped with a refrigerator, wifi, TV which has netflix. The area is quiet and is located between santa cruz and la laguna. It is very easily accessible because the bus station is only 100 meters from the house and also the tram is very close. In the area you have bars and supermarkets.
Liked: Nice, clean and has parking around.
Disliked: It is just a small room with a bathroom, there is NO WINDOW!! We needed just to sleep over, I can't imagine staying there any longer.
