  Liked: There were three bathrooms for five rooms, one of them also had a bidet. The host was helpful and responded quickly.

  Liked: The room is clean. The owner is quite flexible and accept to change the date of my reservation.

  Disliked: we were quite disappointed by the hostal… Mainly because on booking it’s written that there is aéroport shuttle, there is none: taxi is not a shuttle. On google maps the localisation is the wrong one so it was very difficult to find, just like it was for many other people. The place is quite noisy as the wall were super fine… We can heard our neighbours’ TV. The towel smell very bad, the bed sheet were too small for the bed. No hot water in the shower. Honestly, we think the room is clearly overpriced. I explain this to the owner, but none solution were proposed. Definitely not recommend it.

  Nice room in the apartment-like hostel close to the historical center of La Laguna

  Liked: Good quality of bedding - new sheets, pillows, blankets. Well equiped kitchen, microwave, kettle, and a laundry machine. Easy to check in and out, not far from the center, Mercadona nearby:)

  Disliked: I liked everything.

  Liked: My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding. The room was spotless, perfectly cleaned, and extremely comfortable — everything looked fresh, organized, and maintained with real care. You can immediately see the attention to detail from the cleaning team. Everything was simply perfect. But what impressed me even more was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I had to rush to the airport because my grandfather passed away, and in the stress of the moment I accidentally left my passport in the room. The amazing staff — especially her — did everything possible to help me. She found my passport quickly and arranged for it to be safely sent back to my country. Her support, understanding, and patience during one of the most difficult moments of my life meant a lot to me. I am truly grateful. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent cleanliness and comfort, but for the people who work here. Thank you for the incredible service and the genuine care you showed me.

  Didn't find the place, internet registration in Portuguese/cell phone expertise required

  Disliked: You need gps to find this place and need to zero in to locate the building - there are no street signs for the address or clear identification on the building. The first cab wasted 30Euros and gave up - took us to the nearby airport. A second cab had similar luck but then we discovered registration was by internet - which we could not complete with our two cell phones and language issues (everything is in Portuguese). We gave up - the driver found us a nearby pension which exceeded our expectations. Booking.com MUST alert bookers that you need gps to find this place and have familiarity with registration over the internet - before booking! We booked in a hurry that afternoon and did not receive subsequent instructions that came by email - wifi only not found in taxi's. The initial booking page DOES NOT have the contact phone number which means when you go to find the place - you have no idea where the place is and NO WAY to contact the host/agent. Total waste of my money since the host says I should have had a working cell phone and paid attention to the emails that come after booking. I totally understand why the host offers non-refundable bookings NOT HAPPY throwing money away this way. Really frustrating!!!!!!
