  Perfect apartment for 2, with very good facilities if you are visiting Tenrife for an active holiday

  Liked: Location is perfect. Just outside the old town, which is easily reachable by foot. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, spacious, has a big laundry room where we could also park our road bikes. It is quiet - no outside noises when windows are closed- window blinders in the bedroom and a good bed. The apartment has also a well equipped kitchen. There is also a private parking space in the building. But it is extremely small. So not suitable for big cars!

  Disliked: The apartment is quite old. Most facilities could use an upgrade. The floors weren’t very clean. Something outside of the control of the owner: the upstairs neighbor woke us up every morning by walking around for minutes on her heels before going to work (I assumed). We were on Tenerife for cycling, so we had to wake up early any way. If you want to sleep in, you might want to check in with the - very helpful and friendly owner - to have a chat with his neighbor about this:)

  Liked: Modern spacious airconditioned apartment near La Laguna old town with a private parking place in the basement. All you need in the kitchen, a good bed, a washer-dryer washing machine. Very helpful and responsive host giving nice tips for your holidays, highly recommended.
