  Great spacious apartment in lively location

  Liked: We chose La Laguna because of our early morning flight from Tenerife North Airport. The apartment was spacious, very well equipped, and clean. The location in the center of La Laguna encourages you to take walks around the area, visit the many shops, restaurants, and bars, and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the place.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city, with everything easily reachable on foot. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and decorated with so much love for detail. Nothing was missing, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay.

  Owners did not correct the problem of no hot water for three days

  Liked: We stayed for three nights and had no hot water the entire time. I have never written a review but feel compelled to do so as, despite informing the owners repeatedly that we had no hot water, it was never solved. They got defensive when we brought it up to them. This totally overshadowed our stay.
