Exceptional
Liked: The place is very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. It's a nice place to stay and kick back after a long day. We had complimentary water, which is essential for the island. We stayed there for 1 night after a full day of flying before heading South the next day and for that purpose it was perfect.
Disliked: For a longer stay it's probably not the best option. It' not close to the city, kind of secluded, which can be nice, but again - depends on what you're looking for. A small remark - we booked for 3 people, but only the double bed was made and we couldn't find the sheets, so we had to ask. It's only a small detail, but if we had instructions or the bed was already made, it would have made us feel even more welcome.

Liked: Took a bit to find. Key collection was fine. Parking was just outside and worked ok but was a bit tight. Appartment was well specced for a couple but not so great for a family as the sofa bed in the main living area wasn't particularly easy to make private. Couldn't work out how to use the shower in the family bathroom room so we all ended up using the en-suite shower. Couldn't work out how to use the coffee maker. Maybe we were just being a bit useless, but wouldve loved a coffee with breakfast. Cooking facilities fine for self catering. Felt a bit like a couples appartment that hadn't been fully converted to a rental property so wasn't quite as slick as other booking.com accomodations we have had.

Disliked: not accomodated - letted know the owner upfront. accepted the cancellation fee. Owner responded it's a thing of booking (not its not). By the purpose, the owner replied only once, after the night stay should proceed - so it was not possible to cancel the booking any more. On request, whether at least cleaning fee can be returned (yes, according to the policy) she did not reply any more on booking, and even whatsapp. Its not about money (f*** 50 EUR) but I would beware this accommoration as would not trust it any more.
This place would be exceptional if it had an AC unit!!
Liked: Very clean, well decorated, updated, spacious.
Disliked: It would benefit greatly to have an AC unit. Not having an AC unit made it hot and that was our only dislike. The location is convenient if you’re going to the airport, but it also is a little loud with the airplanes going overhead.
Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definite stay again
Liked: Beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean. Lovely quiet area about a 5 minute ride into La Laguna. Though we didn’t meet the hosts, they were extremely helpful and answered any messages immediately.
