  Get a new cleaner?

  Liked: Great location, model facilities.

  Disliked: The room was dirty (in my opinion), whoever cleaned the mirror behind the door and the shower cubicle glass must have used a dirty floor cloth, I had to wipe it myself. Also the floor at the bathroom door hinges was less than clean.

  Excellent hotel, great location

  Liked: Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast was good and with lots of choice. Overall a very good hotel, we would stay again any time we are in that area.

  Disliked: Although the rooms were very clean in general, a little bit more attention is required.

  Hugely disappointing due to lack of clarity on available facilities, poor hygiene and disinterested management

  Liked: There was a good breakfast and the hotel is in a good location and has secure parking.

  Disliked: The cleanliness of the bathroom was disgusting. Not only did it smell, there were black and brown marks around the tiling and on the shower sealant. The toilet brush was stained, the toilet seat was loose as was the toilet roll holder and other parts of the bathroom were dusty and dirty. We did not ask to move rooms as we were told by the check in staff that the hotel was full. When I checked this platform later there were several rooms available. There was a constant banging overnight, possibly from the plumbing. I overheard someone else mention this at breakfast, saying they were unable to sleep. Both the restaurant and rooftop bar were closed at the time of our stay. We were subsequently told they open seasonally - so why not state this in the booking information? This could be a lovely hotel, it’s in a great location and has a lot of potential, but in addition to the above it’s looking tired in places. The management seemed unbothered when concerns were raised, stating “We are truly sorry that, during a stay of just a single night, you feel you encountered such a multitude of errors.” Charming.

  Liked: Beautifully decorated hotel with many details. Confortable room and bed. Lots of extras like hand crafted soap and hair straighteners for the room.

  Disliked: The glass bathroom is very stylish and attractive but the door is super heavy and noisy to open and close. Also glass bathrooms aren't very discreet when using the wc.
