  Great place to stay

  Liked: Very comfortable studio duplex. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom with good showers. Good kitchen and living room.

  Disliked: There were ants in kitchen and some parts of the living room. Guests should have a complementary kit for the kitchen (sponge, towels, washing up liquid).

  We will not be returning

  Disliked: Worn out tired villa. Ants is the bedroom coming through the wall from the bathroom. Ants in the kitchen as well. The whole villa could have done with a refurb as it was grubby

  Liked: Not worth of money

  Disliked: Rooms were very basic, and I had my worst experience of all my stays in europe. The air conditioner was not working. I went to the reception to complain and they said it can't be fixed for the next 2 days. Instead of providing the alternate room, they gave me a fan to survive. My wife was not doing well, and we stayed in that room for 2 days and 2 nights as there are no other options nearby. The village is in the remote location. I have raised multiple complaints to booking.com as well as in the reception, but I didn't receive any response. The booking agent said they raised an urgent request that will be resolved in 3 hrs, and here I am done with my stay and didn't receive any response from them. I went to the reception next evening to request the room change, but the reception was closed before the closing time of 8 pm. Me and my wife really had a very terrible experience in this super hot weather of spain. She felt more sick in these 2 days of our stay. I spent my days in calls to request a resolution of the issue (see the hours of the call log attached). I am still waiting for the response of my full 2 days refund for my stay. I really want to escalate this concern as both booking.com and the property didn't resolve the issue even after doing so many calls and raising multiple complaints.

Please note that not all restaurants in the complex have disabled access.

Children under 16 years old are permitted in the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult.

Access to the swimming pool is free of charge.

September reception hours will be:

- Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

-Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The October schedule will be:

-Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

-Friday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

-Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
