  Great room and amenities, good location but very disappointing breakfast

  Liked: The gym was in excellent condition and clean, along with the garden/pool area and reception area. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and there was a huge closet and enough space to open big suitcases.

  Disliked: The breakfast was a disappointment and did not match the quality of the hotel. First, the dining room smelled badly every single day, the tables were not properly cleaned after use (only with a damp cloth), the used cutlery was being roughly washed on a counter in a bucket in front of the customers. Second, the food options were limited, the coffee was from a vending machine, and they were serving from powdered orange juice from a machine. Moreover, the overall quality of the food (eggs, cold cuts, etc) was substantially below what one would expect from a hotel like this. Finally, the pastry and cakes were all industrial and the quality was very low. The room was great overall but the walls and main door were paper thin, you could clearly hear the neighbours.

  Disliked: There were ants in the bathroom and they were going to charge us for four people for a mediocre tennis court for our 2 kids to be able to enter and watch us 2 adults play - not very customer friendly

  Liked: This hotel is situated at really nice location. Mountains view is grate and landscape terrific. Room was big enough and well maintained. It look like mountain house. Breakfast was very good and enjoyed it fully. Take breakfast for sure! Very clean rooms and grate lobby. Staff was nice and professional

  Good value for Money

  Liked: Good location to visit la Molina. Less crowded and beautiful. Calm place. Good rooms.
