Great place
Liked: Lovely room
Liked: An amazing place! They took a part of old train station and refashioned it in a modern hotel with elevator and jacuzzi in own small spa! Stores, cafes nearby
Disliked: Location a little bit shady - near the train station (literally inside). Some not friendly people around the hotel. Some garbage on the room, under the bedroom.
Booked a Suite, got a lower-category room - misled and ignored
Liked: Nothing worth mentioning.
Disliked: WE WERE MISLED AND GIVEN THE WRONG ROOM. We booked and paid €308 for 2 nights in a SUITE for 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 14), but the hotel gave us a different, lower room category. The hotel's own confirmation even listed our room as "Doble Superior", not a suite - so they knew it. What we actually got: - No desk and no chair, although they are listed in the Suite description. - The sofa bed was broken. - The second "bedroom" has no door - no privacy for a family with children. - The overall condition of the room was poor and worn out. Photos of every defect are attached. We complained on the very first day through every channel: Booking chat (with 15 photos), email to the hotel, the property chat and by phone. Nobody from the management contacted us - no apology, no offer to move us to the room we paid for, no compensation. The reception staff saw us every day and said nothing. Booking only replied that the issue would be "resolved within 48 hours" - after we had already checked out. Do not book the "Suite" here, especially with children. You pay for one category and get another, and the hotel simply ignores complaints.
Not happy
Liked: Room was ok. Clean.
Disliked: AC was not working. There was no refrigerator. Not enough furniture like chair and table. Most importantly in the description there were written that the hotel has mountains view! I saw only tree besides the hotel.
A lovely hotel to atay
Liked: Communication before the trip was excellent. Adrian was very concise and quick to respond.
Disliked: Breakfast is served too late. Reception not open until 8am.
