  Great apartment, close to the beach with exceptional staff

  Liked: Being two blocks to the beach and a grocery store nearby was great. We found the apartment quiet as being mid-September many bars & restaurants were closed or open limited hours. The apartment is very clean, beds are comfortable. The staff are fantastic and went above and beyond for us! I’d asked in advance if they could store our luggage until checkin and when we arrived at 12:30, he’d arranged for our room to be clean and ready - we really appreciated this. When we were leaving, they made several calls to arrange a taxi to the bus depot for us which were unsuccessful but were able to arrange a ride for us.

  Disliked: Everything was great, though a kettle and toaster would be nice additions to the kitchen. Also note there is currently ( mid September, 2026) a building across the street under renovation and construction noise started at 7:30 am.

  Basic & a bit tired accommodation

  Liked: Facilities were a bit tired & basic. There was a small balcony we were able to eat on. It was not noisy at night. Good Location for start of Camino & ferry to Santona.

  Disliked: Kitchen was not well equipped. No dish towel or kettle. Very basic accommodation. No frills. We went in May & very little was open locally, which meant we had to walk into the old town for most things which was at least 2km walk. However the old town is beautiful!
