Liked: The location is nice and convenient, very close to the Mercado del Puerto and to the beaches. cafes, restaurants, pubs and bus stations very close. The staff was very nice.

Disliked: 1. Construction noise from within the hotel at 10 AM, one of my favorites to wake up to construction noise. 2. Generally, the rooms are not very sound proof and you hear a lot of noise from other guests. 3. Upon arrival I was asked to give the staff my credit card details for security reasons or pay a EUR 50 deposit. I said this is something that should be explicitly mentioned during the reservation, so I refused and the staff was kind enough to understand and waive that requirement in my case.

  Convenient Short stay hotel

Liked: 1.It’s a few minutes away from the promenade and the beach with numerous restaurants and shops. 2. Supermarkets and bus stops are also very close to the hotel. 3. If you have a heavy luggage, there is a lift, so no need to carry suitcases up the stairs. 4. Spacious bathroom. 5 Two of the gentlemen in the reception were very helpful and always available for advice. I forgot the names, one comes from Ukraine and the other has red hair and glasses. Thank you guys for taking care of me. 6. Upon arrival a bottle of water was available in the mini fridge. Later, I also saw at the reception a water dispenser including plastic caps. 7. The check -out time at 12:00 and if you want to stay longer 7,5€ per hour. You can also leave your luggage at a safe place after check/out. 8. The air-con works very well.

Disliked: 1.The area doesn’t feel safe in the evening. After dark I always took a taxi to the hotel. 2.The room is very small. (3rd. Floor no balcony) 3.Although there is a park in front of the hotel, which is locked for the night), the noise of street which runs just along the hotel, doesn’t let you sleep. 4. I was promised a room on the 4th floor, but eventually I got a room on the 3 floor. That has never happened to me before on booking. Com. I felt a bit disappointed that guest’s request is forgotten.
