Excellent holiday would highly recommend!
Liked: The location is amazing. A 1 min walk to the beach. Many eating options near by plus a supermarket. All within a 1 min walk. The pool was amazing. It was clean, warm, safe, always got a sun lounger. Family friendly. Fun, friendly, family atmosphere. The apartment was excellent, good size, clean, great location
Disliked: Personally, we were there for nearly 2 weeks so a washing machine would have been better. The laundrette locals is ok, but there's only 3 machines. so you may have to queue or wait. 1hr washing, then 1 hr drying. so it can mess your day up a little. This wouldn't put me off going again.

Lovely holiday, great location. L estartit is a lovely town to stay in, picturesque and safe
Liked: Great location for access to the beach, short stroll to the town and convenient supermarket across the road. Two Pools were good too with no charge for sunbeds. Apartments are modern, kitchenette is perfect with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and 2 ring hob. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There is no cleaning service provided, this did not ruin our holiday and we managed the cleaning ourselves as cleaning equipment and products are provided but it’s probably the only thing I could say negative. There was a power cut in one of the buildings when we were there that lasted over a day so that was not ideal but we managed.
Liked: Location. Room. Pools. Friendly staff
Was ok, but not spectacular!
Liked: Quiet, close to beach, fully-equipped kitchen
Disliked: Smelly bathroom, old building installations (90ies), elevator sometimes didn’t work, access to pool depended on flat owners to unlock access.

Liked: Good location & parking easy & free.
Disliked: Shower area was dirty. Not many sun loungers.

Apartments' main room can have two individual beds or a double one. You can send us you preferencies, and we would do our best to assign the desired one but it can not be guaranteed as it is subject to availabiliy.
Please note that air conditioning is available only in the dining room, not in the rooms
CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.
SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day . Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (Maximum 2 pets per apartment)
PARKING:
We offer parking with an extra cost of 14€/day and 77€/as weekly rate, however in the months of July and Agoust the cost is 16€ per day with no weekly rate.
