  Good value for money

  Liked: The food was really good, outdoor pools were spacious. The suite that we stayed in was massive for a reasonable price. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet

  Disliked: There was no coffee in the room…o have never stayed in a hotel without coffee, ever. There was a queue for dining on some days

  Great staff and food with a freezing cold pool

  Liked: The staff, especially the animators for the children were really great. Everyone was very kind and looking to help with anything. The food was also excellent, wide selection and pretty much everything we tried was very tasty. The only thing I would change is less sweets because I always felt like there's way too much temptation for kids.

  Disliked: The water in the pool was extremely cold, my daughter started shivering after a couple minutes and we could never stay in it as long as we wanted to. Even the sea was warmer. There were some places where you could see that the facilities or the building are aging, this didn't affect our stay fortunately.

  Ideal for families with children

  Liked: Great and friendly staff, everybody is nice and smiling, rooms (family suites) were as per pictures and descriptions, rooms were spacious and confortable, family hotel (ideal for families with children from 0-12), nice water park (that will make kids happy until around 12 (then, slides will be "too easy"). Decent value for money. Restaurant buffet offered a broach choice and enough healthy options.

  Disliked: Restaurant can be somestimes crowded and noisy, but ok. Playground could be improved, but ok again. Beverage options at the restaurant and food options at the pool snack are not quality enough.

  Amazing stay for parents & Children

  Liked: Perfect place to come as a Family as it’s a children’s dream destination. So much for them to do, but also as a parent or family member we could also enjoy ourselves and relax whilst they played. My room was amazing! Extremely spacious& very clean. Had a lovely patio/balcony area overlooking the pools. Can’t wait to go again next Summer.

  Disliked: If you are not all inclusive sometimes it was difficult to get a member of staff to take your drinks order.

Good to know

Please note that the indoor swimming pool is closed from the end of May until October.

Please note that drinks are not included in the price of half-board and full-board rates.

Indoor parking costs €11/day and vehicle from 04/04 to 20/06 and from 12/09 to 02/11. During the high season, from 21/06 to 11/09 included, it costs €16/day and vehicle. The outdoor parking located 200m. from the hotel, has a cost of €10/day and vehicle in high season and 9€/day and vehicle the rest of dates.

Places are limited, subject to availability. Cannot be booked in advance.

Please note that children aged 13 and over are considered adults.

The first child from 0 to 2 years old stays for free in a baby cot.

The first child from 3 to 12 years old stays for free.

Once the check-in is done, in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation, the accommodation will not refund the amount of the reservation.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

A deposit may be required at the property.
