  Good offer for Lloret, but the general quality is not very high

  Liked: 1. The location is central and close to everything (but on a big highway with lots of traffic). 2. Some stuff was nice to us, especially the aqua fitness trainers, there were really cool! 3. Really enjoyed the special sushi night with sushi chef! 4. Breakfast food was great. 5. When compared to nearby options, seems like the best offer available. 6. we had a nice view on the mountains

  Disliked: 1. The audio isolation is non existent, you can hear absolutely everything, even when neighbors are talking. 2. The swimming pool is very small and impossible to swim in, it is completely occupied by kids. The adult swimming pool on the roof is even smaller and there are so many people that you can never get there. 3. The elevators were horrible, they often were broken and other times they produced scary sounds and sharp movements that I was scared for my life and tried to take the stairs as much as I could. 4. Once we got a note under the door „we wanted to clean but the room was not tidy so we left“. It was so weird! The room was like before and they just refused to clean it for no reason. 5. Attitudes of some stuff were not friendly (especially host at breakfast who greeted guests and breakfast waiters who are always pissed off and wouldn’t let you take a bigger table (we are a coupled, but want to seat at bigger table to accommodate plates and our belongings, the tables for 2 people are so tiny!) 6. Breakfast was served in underground area, no beautiful view, quite depressing. 7. very cold temperatures at breakfast, you need to have a hoodie not to freeze. 8. Food served on the 1st floor restaurant is tiny portion and too expensive. I ordered shrimps for like 18 euro and got 3 tiniest shrimps ever..

  Made the most of it as the weather was also atrocious that week. Apart from that, had a good time

  Liked: The location, friendly staff. Very large suite.

  Disliked: The food, Breakfast was about average, had better in a cafe, Evening meal, had to pay for a bottle of water, always the same food on display with below average meat, as it was very tough to eat or couldn't chew at all. Room toilet when we got there had blood stains on it, mentioned to one of the staff at reception but as I cleaned it myself, no one came to the room to clean it properly. Photos taken. Blood on the sheets as well, but maybe the cleaner cut her finger while doing her job, so cant go to far there. Tv started playing up, didn't work, was sort of rectified but not properly. If this was not the case it would have been a very nice hotel to stay in, we would not be returning there.

  Very good value for money

  Liked: Overall I liked the hotel very much. The staff was attentive and always ready to help. The room was bright and of decent size. The breakfast had a wide selection of good quality food.

  Disliked: The only thing that didn't satisfy me 100% was the quality of the room cleaning.
