Exceptional
Great value for money in a location very close to the action in Lugo
Liked: Great location. Very spacious room and very comfy bed. We really liked the location, very close to the roman wall. Also a big bonus the paid underground parking which made a difference in a city where parking spaces are at a premium. Breakfast was standard and I would have liked maybe a little bit more options. WiFi speed was more than good enough.
Disliked: well, I think they had an issue in the parking lot with a sewage pipe sometime before we checked in. the smell was still there and was annoying (small annoyance overall). Not sure how easy is to fix that though.
Eurostar never disappoints!
Liked: I've stayed at multiple Eurostars in Europe and they never disappoint. The facilities were great, the location was perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. The cafe's food was basic, but good and the bartender was liberal with the pours!
Disliked: Really nothing to report, this is a nicely run facility and they do everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
I had a pleasant saty
Liked: I have not had breakfast as I found it very expensive. There is a cafeteria where one can have an acceptable breakfast
Disliked: There was no bottled water in the room. I had to ask for a kettle to have a tea in the room before going to bed. Sometimes there was no additional toilet paper.
Liked: Good size room, very clean and in good order, reception and cafe staff very nice, short walk to old city
Disliked: Could do with cafe meals starting earlier than 8pm
Liked: It is modern, has wonderful facilities and though out of the old city, it is only a short walk in. And the staff are so welcoming. And...free parking outside!
Liked: Excellent welcome and easy check in. Very professional front of house.
Disliked: Nothing.
