Very good
Potential Death Trap
Liked: The location was fantastic. I arrived by motorcycle, parking outside the city wall was easy and free. Short walk to the hotel. Staff efficient and check it was easy. We were a group of two friends on a motorcycle tour sharing a room. Room was very comfortable, clean and with good beds, Easy walking distance to nearby bars and restaurants.
Disliked: Complete disregard for Health and Safety, We had a view of the fire escape from our room window, We noticed that the fire escapes were being used as general storage for old furniture and room service trollies. I hate think what would have happened had we had to evacuate the hotel in an emergency as the exits were all but blocked. If this had been a hotel in the UK I would have made phone calls to report it. emergencies like the 9/11 tragedy and Grenfell Tower fire tower do happen and carless disregard for safety like this is totally unacceptable.

Lovely hotel in the Lugo Centre
Liked: Staff very friendly - Great location in the centre and we ate on the Terrazza - Brilliant value.
Disliked: The parking was a pain being outside the main streets. We got discount which was great from hotel.
