  Liked: Clean, well designed and complete and location is good for Madrid main tourist spots.

  Good location, clean room but noisy

  Liked: Good location. Clean and comfortable. Electric doors worked well for entry.

  Disliked: The noise kept us up from the street but mainly noise from other guests. Guests were not being loud but very thin walls made it difficult to sleep and very heavy doors were squeaky and slammed a lot.

  Maybe best to spend a little extra money for a quieter place with more amenities

  Liked: The bed was comfortable.

  Disliked: Having to use bluetooth to open three doors made me uncomfortable, as the first night it took a bit for bluetooth to work. The location of the place was right next to a pumping disco and the street noise was quite loud. The room did not have a little fridge to store food or medicine. And when I plugged in my adaptor and charger, there was a spark and smoke and my charger was fried.

  Student and budget traveler accommodation

  Liked: Close to the centre and good proximity to La Latina district

  Disliked: Poorly finished and maintained. Very noisy and smelly. Bar/ nightclub below and next to a main road.

  Liked: Big comfy bed, perfect location near the city centre beautiful neighbourhood

  Disliked: No balcony even when we booked a room with balcony and a dirty community bathroom with hair on the floor and shitstains in the toilet.
