  Great location and spacious!

Liked: Was in a great location, convenient to get around, spacious and washing machine was handy. The property management were really quick to respond and helped us instantly if we had questions.

Disliked: You could hear the entrance to the apartment door slamming in the mornings and the bins being taken out at night. The floor was a little dirty, bathroom was a little older!

The only saving grace is the location

Liked: The location was the only saving grace.

Disliked: Elevators did not go all the way up to the apartment. Huge accessibility issue. This was not conveyed to us at all before arrival. There was no good way to reach out to the host in case of emergencies. Calls were not picked up. Bed and seating were not comfortable at all. The cushions on the sofa kept on sliding out and it felt like we would fall off the sofa. We had to constantly push the cushions back in. The pillows were too hard. The AC was not working properly. We had it on at 18 degrees Celsius but were sweating throughout the night. Sleep was not comfortable at all. Half the apartment was unusable because it was slanted. We probably hit our heads at least three to four times throughout the stay.

Misleading information - only location is good, and suitable for big company

Liked: Apart of misleading information about facilities - the apartment is in very good location, for reasonable price (for 6 people), there's elevator in a building and small balcony in every room. Clean towels, responsive "electronic" host.

Disliked: Misleading info: one bedroom has NO air conditioner, just a ceiling fan and it's a sunny side so gets very hot there. Very squeaky sleeping sofa in living room. All furniture is the cheapest IKEA, super old and worn. Dirt in corners, obviously not cleaned well. Very basic toiletries - you have only liquid soap pretending to be a shower gel. Kitchen is very simply equipped - you won't cook there comfortably. Doors are poorly operating all over the house.

Conveniently located apartment in central Madrid

Liked: Good view over the city. Great location. We could walk everywhere.

Disliked: No where to hang the towels in the bathroom. I hit my head on the sloped ceiling a number of times.
