  Excellent

  Liked: The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and is very walkable (grocery store right across the street, cafes and restaurants nearby, subway station not too far away. As we travel with our 3 year old, we were also quite pleased that the property has a bath (not just shower), and a washing machine. While some wear and tear was visible, the place was very clean.

  Disliked: The third party app used to enter passport information is neither user friendly nor easy to use.

  A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet, well-connected area

  Liked: Spacious and beautiful apartment, very clean and located in a quiet area, just 500 meters from the metro station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

  Disliked: As a minor downside, clearer instructions on how to open both the building entrance and the apartment door would be helpful. It would also be useful to mention that the circuit breaker needs to be switched on for the boiler to work. On our first day, we didn’t know why there was no hot water and had to contact the host for assistance.

  Liked: Great location, enough rooms and bathrooms for my big family, spacious and clean. Thank you.

  Disliked: The windows sound proof not enough... we could hear all the noise from the street. It is supporting but as an expert need to share the information. Thank you.

The building is undergoing renovation works on the exterior. The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at June , and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in mid-October, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Guests must sign the property a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
