  Liked: Location is great and apartment is spacious with good layout for a family.

  Disliked: Electricity kept cutting several times a day throughout the stay, had to keep flipping it back on, which was quite disruptive and inconvenient. Wrote to apartment management about it and did not even get a reply. Also asked for something needed for kitchen a couple of times and also no reply.

  they should improve the reception of keys and do not use a opening system based on batteries

  Liked: Location was great

  Disliked: I had to pick the keys for the building in the city center. The flat must be opened via and App, and the lock didnt work the second day (some battery issues). So we couldnt access the flat for over an hour. which created a number of logistic problems

  Great spacious apartment in a amazing location

  Liked: The location is great! The apartment is very nice, spacious and comfortable for a family of 5! The decoration is very modern and the beds very comfortable! There are many restaurants near by and subway station walking distance!

  Liked: The location was incredible. Very walkable. Easy to got my kids to the activities that they had in Madrid. Very easy to get the groceries, too many supermarkets around the property.

  Disliked: No so many cooking utensils. For the rest our stay was incredible.

Please note that renovation work will be carried out on the exterior of the building. The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at June, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in mid-October, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment.

Please note that an additional charge of EUR 50 from 21:00 to 02:00 is applicable for late check-in, which has to be paid in cash.
