  Great location for exploring Madrid

  Liked: The location is really good! Right next to the metro and close to the train station and on the good side of the city for the airport. Perfect for exploring the city centre; less than 30 minutes travel. The neighbourhood is lively but felt safe in the evenings. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable (the sofa bed a bit less). The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is clean. We used the roof terrace in the evenings.

  Disliked: The lockbox for the keys was not functioning well, it was really stuck, we notified the rental agency and hopefully this is fixed soon. The apartment is better suited for two people; if you sleep on the sofa couch it is not very comfortable and you'll hear everything going on in the hallways. Nothing major but some small suggestions for improvements; the kitchen could be more complete with kitchen towels, clean sponges, handsoap and some bowls and for the bathroom extra toilet paper.

  Liked: Great location right next to the metro station and close to a grocery store. A big plus is the private terrace.

  Disliked: The apartment looks beautiful at first glance; however, it is not very well maintained. For example, the walls are scratched and dirty, the table is burnt, the couch is stained, and there was dust inside the wardrobes.

  Great location, new and clean unit, with improvements needed

  Liked: It was very convenient to be able to do self-check-in. The hosts were very clear with instructions for retrieving the keys. The location for this property is the best thing! It's just right above the Valdeacederas Metro Station! The unit is also new and clean! The shower area is also great - clean and easy to get in and out. Water comes out hot quick. Communicating with the host, Clara, was also a good experience - very proactive and engaging.

  Disliked: One thing that disappointed us was that the washing machine handle is broken. It's a new unit but unusable! And this was the main reason for selecting this property because we have laundry to wash. It will also be better if they have a small trash bin in the toilet. Lastly, it will be great if hosts will consider installing roller shades or curtains because the only way to have privacy is to draw the hurricane shutters down and the whole place loses the view and gets very dark! Otherwise, without these disappointing elements, the property would've gotten a 10!

  Over all i had a wonderful 4 days stay

  Liked: It was clean, complete amenities, large space and near the subway. If I ever visit Madrid again I’m gonna book the same accommodation
