  Great stay shure look it up for our next stay in Madrid

  Liked: The location for Us was what we wanted, have metro station just outside and bus stop 50m from the entrance. The communication with the hosts was by whatsapp that was really convenient and easy. The apartment was clean, it's small, OK for thee for two should be great. AC worked excellent. The silverware, kitchen, fridge and cookware were fine, have a dishwasher that we did not use, have oven and microwave that is great. 10 to 30 min. to any where that we wanted to go. Felt really secure. The windows are well insulated so no noise from outside.

  Buenísima ubicación

  Liked: Cerquísima del metro, el área está lleno de tiendas útiles y las vistas son preciosas

  Disliked: La cafetera no servía y no había jabón para utilizar el lavavajillas. Además solo pusieron un rollo de papel de baño para 3 personas por 4 días, me pareció muy poco.

  Liked: The location is great.

  Disliked: Some facilities were broken. The table barely held together because of loose legs and the dishwasher was locked up with a screw. I assume it was broken and instead of fixing or replacing it the hotel just put a screw through the door. The toilet was also loose. Communication with the staff happened through an AI WhatsApp bot that struggled with anything out of the ordinary. There was no reaction from the staff to any communication with the bot, so if you have challenges (like a broken table) you won't get help. It also switched languages randomly. To us it spoke in dutch, Spanish and Portuguese.

  Liked: The apartment is clean, modern, has everything you need. Metro is round the corner(3min), taking you straight to center.

  Disliked: First you pay with the info there is a deposit, than you sign a contact, then before you can get a code for check in you need to sign for a deposit where it says if you brake a plate or leave a stain they will take 300e. For that issues which can happen to anybody and it is a normal renting staff, 300e it is too much. Good thing we didnt do any but it made me unconfortable. Without that it would be a 10.

  Liked: Easy access to metro

  Disliked: Waited over 30 minutes more to get i to the apartment. Then they said I had not paid a deposit which I did and asking for £300 was ridiculous. Then having to take photos before and after then send them to the 3rd party then getting g told you have to make sure the flat is clean and tidy before you leave so you are actually doing the cleaners Job for them.
