  Liked: Clean and frinedly. Rooms are clean and have all what they need. Location is really good, close to metro bars and restaurants. Sagrario is very friendly and always available

  Disliked: Building is maybe a little old but the rooms are fine. Also Sagrario makes sure to keep everything clean and that makes a difference. I cannot give much neg comment

  Great Stay!!!

  Liked: Sagrario is such a welcoming and good person. She immediately made us feel at home. She took time to walk us through everything and she recommended local places to eat. A real asset she is!

  Disliked: I wish there were coffee makers in the rooms. That's about it. But there is a 24 hours coffee and pastry shop just a block away.

  Great place to stay in Madrid

  Liked: We arrived to the place, the lady at the reception was very kind, she explained everything about the hotel and the area. very close to Gran Via just few minutes walk, metro around the corner. recomment

  Liked: It was quiet in a busy area. lots of food options for a small neighborhood. La dueña was great. She was helpful and very nice.

  Liked: Fantastic location and extremely kind host. The room was lovely and the communal bathrooms (two individual bathrooms with each their own shower, toilet, and sink) were impeccably clean. Would definitely come back!

  Disliked: The room had two fans, which was great, but the lack of an AC unit was the only negative aspect.
