Good
Overall, we appreciated the comfortable bed and especially the warm and professional welcome
Liked: We had a pleasant stay overall. The accommodation was clean, and the lady at the reception/welcome desk was exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a good night's rest.
Disliked: there are a few areas that could be improved. We experienced some mild noise during the night, which occasionally disturbed our sleep. Additionally, we would have appreciated more attention to cleaning, particularly the floor and bathroom/toilet. Unfortunately, some rubbish left by the previous guest was still in the room when we arrived. With a little more attention to cleanliness, the experience could be even 5 stars.
Liked: Staff were fantastic and very friendly. The location was good. Accurate photos should be added to Booking.com
Disliked: The apartment was overpriced. We paid over €2000 for 4 nights and only paid it because our original apartment was cancelled at the last minute. It was basic but clean and not worth €500 per night

Perfect stay in Madrid!
Liked: The apartment was very large and equipped with all the amenities necessary for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The apartment's location was right in the city center, so it was perfect for getting around the city. I highly recommend this property as it is perfect for a stay in Madrid.
