Liked: Location is good. The room itself is comfortable.

Disliked: Walls are thin - easy to hear neighbors through the walls. It was hard to find the address in the evening - after my late arrival.

  Liked: Only the location

Disliked: The air conditioner didn’t work when I arrived, and they knew it in advance, and pretended it’s a new problem. They didn’t fix it and I stayed in a hot room for 2 days. They didn’t clean my room. Also, I felt attacked by the staff several times. Worst service ever and I will never come back.

Liked: It’s big and clean and very nice room. I booked it in the last minute on the same day because my previous stay was very bad. Thank God we found this. The room has window and nice sun coming in the room with good circulation. Very recommended for budget room near Gran Via. It’s close to the station and bus too. Would definitely recommend it.

  Disliked: All good
