Horrible, horrible, horrible
Liked: Only the location.
Disliked: Everything. OMG, the bed hum...I had to put the pillow under the bed. And no follow-up will do. Construction noise close to my window. Horrible horrible horrible. Not recommended, even if it's your last option.
Liked: Location
Disliked: They should specify this room is for smokers because it stinks to cigarette smoke, the room was not exactly clean when we arrived it looked like they cleaned it in a rush. there were cigarette butts underneath the bed the blankets still had some human hair in them
Disgusting and filthy place
Liked: Location
Disliked: Worse place I have ever stayed. Not only was the staff rude and disrespectful, but the place was filthy and disgusting! What kind of hostel does not provide toiletries of any kind and leaves less than 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper? The shower did not drain and the A/C dripped water all night long! In my book I would give it an F- rating!!
Avoid going
Liked: Only good location
Disliked: The mattress was damaged,it sank in the middle. They gave me a different room than the one in the photos, behind without view at the street. The air conditioner wasnt working. All the rooms are without TV and refrigerator.I paid a lot more to stay in something like this
Unsafe stay, extremely dirty room, management refused to help
Disliked: This was the worst accommodation experience of our lives. The room was in a state of complete unsanitary conditions: there were feces on the shower curtain. No cleaning was carried out at any point during our stay, despite promises of daily housekeeping. From the first night, it became clear that sleeping here was impossible. The windows have no sound insulation at all, the street noise was so loud it felt like sleeping directly on the road. Moreover, already on the first night it became clear how unsafe it was to stay in this hotel. Around 3 a.m., a violent fight broke out in the hotel involving individuals under the influence of drugs. Shouting and physical violence were clearly audible inside our room, and the walls were literally shaking. We had to call the police; a report was filed, and we were registered as witnesses. After this incident, we did not feel safe for a single moment. Despite this, the management refused to: — refund our money — provide another room We were forced to stay, as the accommodation had already been paid for. We spent the rest of our stay in constant anxiety. We even stopped keeping valuables in the room and paid for external lockers because we did not trust the safety of the accommodation. Additionally: — instead of the advertised television, there were holes in the wall and exposed wires — the bathroom is not separated from the room, and water from the shower floods the entire space This stay turned into several days of stress, fear, and complete lack of sleep. Even a partial refund was refused. We strongly do not recommend this place.
