  I would not go back. Prefer to pay more for something decent

  Liked: It was quite well located and the view is lovely

  Disliked: The receptionist was unpleasant, welcomed us with a face full of disappointment, no smile, no eye contact. Tone of voice unpleasant. The room was small, walls old, dirty. The bathroom was so small than when I opened the door i could barely swueeze inside to reach the shower. No keytle in the room.

  Disliked: this place is out of the movie HOSTEL, really terrible. sheets stained, toilet stinking, incredibly pricey. STAY AWAY

  Liked: Great location in the city, comfortable bed. AC worked great. Small ‘balcony’. Everything was great 😊

  Disliked: Could be nice to have some shampoo in the shower, there was only a soap but not a big deal 😊

  Very rude and abrupt lady at reception and noisy guests

  Liked: Location was great right next to metro station and very competitive rate for a room with a private bathroom.

  Disliked: Lady that checked me in was very rude and abrupt. For a start I had no instructions on how to access the property and had no response when ringing the bell outside. Luckily enough a lady who lived in an apartment on a higher floor let me in to main building however when I rang thr bell on floor 3 to get access to hostel the lady was not nice. Although I don't understand Spanish I'm guessing what she said wasn't pleasant. There were no instructions as to what to do with keys at check out, so left them on front desk as this was rarely staffed. Other guests were noisy in corridor all night not giving consideration to others wanting sleep. If you are looking for a pleasant welcome and a peaceful night's sleep, DON'T stop here.

  Good place for a short stay either on the way to the airport or a stopping off point from the airport or train/bus s

  Liked: Just a minute from the metro station. Easy to get to the airport. However, there are no escalators at the station.

  Disliked: Mostly office buildings in the neighborhood.

  I won’t go there second time

  Liked: It was near metro and had good beds

  Disliked: The staff was rude and she didn’t know english even just to communicate with. I had to talk to her with sign language. There was also no iron, when i asked for it.
