  Liked: Very nice staff and clean comfortable room and beds. The showers were very clean. The AC was wonderful in the hot summer days. Great place to explore Madrid on a budget!

  Budget friendly and walking distance to Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor

  Liked: Location, staff was friendly ( they spoke Spanish, but we did translate our conversations), price, they let us leave our bags before checking in so we didn’t have to carry them around.

  Disliked: Breakfast could have been better.

  Liked: It was a nice staycation, we are staying here 2 days. the located at the nearby center of Madrid. Approachable and friendly staffs. The room is spacious,clean shared bathrooms, a complete breakfast included... surely we'll come back🥰🥰🥰

  Nice room but single bathroom for up to 8 people

  Liked: The personal is very nice. The area is nice and for the most part quiet. The room was clean and provided enough space for a short or even long stay. The residents are not allowed to use the kitchen, but a fridge, microwave, and an airfryer are available in the dining hall.

  Disliked: One bathroom (toilet + shower) is shared among 5 rooms (up to 8 people). The air conditioning is controlled centrally, which was quite cold for my taste. I aired out the room during a warm day, which resolved the issue for me for the next 2 days. It was quite loud outside around 2am at night, when the garbage truck and the street cleaning car worked on the street outside my window.
