  Located in the a lovely part of Madrid that feels like Paris. Great shopping just 10 minute away

  Great location, lovely staff. Would recommend for a short stay in Madrid

  Liked: Great location - near all the shops of the Gran Via and 15 minutes walk to the museums and sights. Area is full of cafes and bars so discovering places to eat and drink is easy and enjoyable. We had a courtyard room which was comfy and quiet

  Disliked: The welcome drink is not necessary- wasn’t very nice and not expected! The tea however was lovely
